A Lovely Saturday with My Son

For my geocaching adventure, I went with my son to Höör (about 30 minutes drive south of where we live). Our goal for the day was to log 16 caches to reach 2900 caches found. First we drove to grab 8 new park and grabs that were at parking spots near the main road. That took about an hour with me driving and my son grabbing. We found 3 more easy park and grabs as we drove towards a nature preserve nearby. The last three caches were on a lovely 2 km walk through the nature preserve. One required a little tree climbing by my son (see first picture).

We found one of the caches on the ground beyond a barbed wire fence (near the cows). It looked like some animal had bitten it, and it was empty. So I added a new paper inside, and we rehid it where we thought it should have been. Our best guess. I did email this info and photos to the co afterwards.

Here you can see where we rehid the cache. It felt like the right spot.

We both enjoyed the walk in the nature preserve and were ready to celebrate reaching 2900 caches found and logged.
I hope you enjoyed sharing this adventure with us.
